you ever wondered that the H Factor is a better way of measuring your health condition? It is an incredible fact that not only are you made up from the food you ingest but also that 70% of your body is renewed every year. The "YOU" that stare back at you from the bathroom mirror may not be the same "YOU" that stared back at you a year or sometime ago. It is literally a miracle. So what is that "intelligence" in your "makeup" that keeps making you new every year or in the years to come or to add that additional 20 years or more of your healthy living?
